Planetary reducer is a widely used transmission device. In a wheel system, there is more than one gear to rotate and revolve around a certain axis. Such a gear train is called a planetary gear train. The reducer running on this principle is called planetary reducer.

Simply put, an internal gear ring in the planetary reducer is closely connected to the gear box housing. The center of the ring gear has a sun gear driven by external power. Between the sun gear and the internal gear, there is a set of planetary gear sets composed of three gears equally combined on the tray. This set of planetary gears relies on the output shaft, internal gear ring and sun gear support to float during the period.

When the planetary reducer is connected to the driving power supply, the planetary reducer starts to work. When the side power drives the sun gear, the sun gear drives the planetary gear to rotate and revolve along the center according to the track of the inner gear ring. The rotation of the star drives the output shaft connected to the tray to output power.

The drive motor makes the sun gear of the precision planetary reducer rotate. The engagement between the sun gear and the planetary gear promotes the planetary gear to rotate. At the same time, because the planetary gear has another side and the annular ring gear on the inner wall of the planetary reducer housing. In the end, under the action of the rotation driving force, the planetary gear will roll on the annular ring gear in the same direction as the sun gear rotation, forming a "revolution" motion around the sun gear.

1. Increase torque: The planetary reducer can amplify the torque of the motor, and a low-power motor can be used to achieve large torque output.

2. Variable speed function: The planetary reducer can realize the high speed of the motor to the low speed required by the equipment, and the reduction ratio is an accurate positive integer.

3. Precise positioning: After the combination of the precision planetary reducer and the servo motor, the precise positioning, quantitative feeding, and measuring angle of the equipment can be realized through pulse control.
