The machine tool rotation consists of several parts combined into a rotatable structure, which is inserted into the main body. The combination of them is equipped with bearing roller needles, thrust bearings and bearings to solve the centripetal force and axial force generated by the machine tool rotation in the work.
Since the machining surface of each part will have a certain degree of error (coaxiality error, roundness deviation) in manufacturing, the central axis of the housing taper shank does not coincide with the central axis after the rotation is assembled, that is, there is a combination error between the two, and after the rolling bearing is worn, it will also produce radial oscillation, thus reducing the machining accuracy. Therefore, the existence of these factors must be considered in grinding. The general accuracy is 0.01mm, and the high accuracy is 0.004~0.008mm.
In fact, it is very convenient to disassemble and assemble when there is a problem. Today, take zui's ordinary rotation as an example to illustrate the problem. The first is to find the bearing and cap on the slewing. Some people may not know where the bearing and cap is, and the part with two small holes in the head is the cap. Then insert the tool into the small hole and gently rotate it so that the bearing and cap can be taken out. Then remove the screw at the rear of the taper sleeve end. Then use the tool to push the bearing out of the shell from the rear and replace it. After the deep groove bearing and thrust bearing are completed. Just reverse the order when assembling.
