Regulations on rewards and punishments for employees

Article 1 General Provisions

(I) Purpose: This regulation is formulated for the initiative and consciousness of the employees of the processing company to abide by the law, standardize the behavior of the employees, improve the quality of the employees, maintain the normal production, operation and management order of the company, and ensure the implementation of various rules and regulations.

Article 2 Rewards

Article 3 Punishment

Types and methods of (I) punishment

1. Punishment items: warning, demerit recording, major demerit recording and expulsion;

2. Punishment: fines, salary reduction, demotion;

(II) penalty rules

1. Warning object

(1) those who leave the post without permission while working;

(2) The total number of late and early departure times in the whole month is 5 times;

(3) those who do not ask for leave or cancel leave according to regulations;

(4) In case of an extraordinary accident, those who deliberately avoid escaping;

(5) Wasting the company's property and damaging the value of public property more than 20 times its average daily wage due to negligence;

(6) Education, training without reason absenteeism;

(7) those who make noise or quarrel in the company, or do things unrelated to their work, or who are not satisfied with the correction.

2. The object of demerit

(1) Due to dereliction of duty, poor supervision or business negligence errors, resulting in greater losses;

(2) abetting others, spreading rumors and causing trouble;

(3) those who fail in their work and do not correct their duties;

(4) bad attitude, quarrel with customers, affect the company's image, reputation;

(5) Those who do not participate in important activities of the company for three consecutive times;

(6) those who drink alcohol and cause trouble in the workplace and affect order;

(7) Absenteeism accumulated for 2 days in the whole month and 5 days in the whole year;

(8) Wasting the company's property and damaging the value of public property more than 40 times its average daily wage due to negligence.

3. Remember the big demerit object

(1) The supervisor harbors employees for fraud, or falsifies;

(2) Significant losses due to dereliction of duty, poor supervision or business negligence;

(3) divulging company secrets;

(4) those who are not of good character, who have acted in a way that is injurious to the public or who have fabricated and slandered their colleagues;

(5) intentionally causing heavy losses;

(6) Loss or loss of the company's major items and equipment;

(7) absenteeism for 3 days in the whole month or 6 days in the whole year;

(8) Fighting and engaging in bad activities in the company.

4. Dismissal object

(1) Those who have recorded two major demerits;

(2) Those who have been reeducated through labor, controlled, fined or sentenced for violating the law;

(3) those who steal property or misappropriate public funds;

(4) Repeatedly violating the company's rules and regulations and seriously infringing the company's rights and interests;

(5) There is a major breach of confidentiality, resulting in significant losses to the company;

(6) Inciting people to disobey regulations or to slow down;

(7) Beating and injuring people in the company, if the circumstances are serious;

(8) Those who use their power to seek personal gain, accept bribes, and swindle in the name of the company;

(9) Absenteeism for 15 consecutive days or a total of 30 days in the whole year;

(10) Violent threats, intimidation, and disturbing the order of the group to employees;

(11) Those who use opium or other drugs;

(12) forging, altering or misappropriating the seal of the company;

(13) participating in an illegal organizer;

(14) is absent without leave, causing damage to the company;

(15) Other serious violations of the employee code of conduct, causing significant losses or adverse effects to the company.

(IV) penalty procedure

1. After the employee violates the discipline, his department shall put forward handling opinions according to the disciplinary matters and these regulations, fill in the punishment notice and report it to the company. (In addition, the company office has the right to supervise various departments to handle disciplinary matters)

2. After the company office reviews, report to the company's leadership, and the resolution will take effect.

3. The punishment matters shall be recorded in the employee files and announced.

Article 4 Measures for the Conversion of Rewards and Punishments

(I). During the two-year period of employee's reward, three times of commendation is equal to one time of merit, and three times of merit is equal to one time of great merit. That is, when receiving the same reward item for the third time, the standard of the third reward method is the standard of the higher-level reward item.

(II). During the two-year period of punishment for employees, two warnings are equal to one demerit, two demerits are equal to one major demerit, and two major demerits shall be dismissed. That is, when the employee is subject to the same punishment item for the second time, the standard of the second punishment method is the standard of the punishment method of the higher-level punishment item.

(III), employee rewards and punishments conversion, the provisions of this provision referred to as rewards and warnings, credit and demerit, great merit and demerit can be offset each other within one year from the date of reward and punishment.

(IV). If an employee performs well within a certain period of time from the date of punishment, the punishment can be withdrawn and the punishment file record can be deleted. However, in principle, the original salary and position will not be restored, and the right to salary increase and promotion will be restored from the date of withdrawal. The inspection period for withdrawal of warning punishment shall be at least half a year, demerit punishment shall be at least one year and a half years.

(V), the punishment cancellation procedure is similar to the punishment procedure 1, 2 and 3.

Article 5 Supplementary Provisions

(I), other behaviors that are beneficial to the company or employees, and those with factual proof, can also declare rewards.

(II), other violations of the company's rules and regulations, should be strictly punished matters, should be punished separately.
