In the second half of 1993, Zhang Fang, then director of the fifth workshop of Sichuan construction machinery factory, led his colleagues and others to jointly negotiate with the leaders of the former Dujiangyan municipal agriculture Committee, the former municipal agriculture and animal husbandry bureau and the former municipal seed farm to set up Dujiangyan construction machinery factory. It mainly produces reducers for concrete mixers patented by the State Patent Office, and the patent rights belong to Zhang Fang and others. The two sides reached a relevant agreement in September of that year, October, step to invest in October, the factory building has been basically completed, covering an area of about 2000 square meters. The old and new factory buildings are 1000 square meters. The office rents the second floor of the office building of the original seed farm. The canteen and staff dormitory are located in the courtyard of the original educated youth spot of the original seed farm.

In January 1994, more than 20 students (mostly fresh graduates of Dujiangyan Senior high school) started equipment installation, debugging and technical training under the guidance of technicians. In March, the equipment installation and debugging were basically completed. There were only 2 620 lathes, 4 gear grinding machines, 3 gear shaper, 1 gear hobbing machine, 1 coordinate boring machine and a small number of drilling machines and other auxiliary equipment, and trial production began that month; in April, the output of the first batch of concrete mixer with DJ350, DJ500 reducer.

Hardship-Development

On May 18, 1994, Dujiangyan Construction Machinery Factory was officially established with about 30 cadres and workers and director Zhang Fang. It was officially put into production in June and completed sales of 1.5 million yuan that year.

In 1995, the production was booming. On the basis of the original products, the slewing reducer and various accessories for tower cranes were developed. The products were not only sold well in the province, but also sold to Beijing, Shanghai, Northeast China, Xinjiang and other places. They were well received by the majority of users, and the annual output value reached 3 million yuan. In September of the same year, Chengdu Municipal People's Government received a false accusation letter and transferred it to Chengdu Administration for investigation, normal business activities can be carried out, but there is no formal conclusion.

In April 1996, in order not to affect the normal production and operation, the factory paid a fine of 100000 yuan to Chengdu Administration for Industry and Commerce against its will and reserved the right to appeal. Therefore, the production and sales of the factory were still affected to a certain extent. In the second half of the year, the former Sichuan Construction Machinery Factory filed a civil lawsuit against our factory in Chengdu Intermediate People's Court on the grounds that our factory disclosed the trade secrets of Sichuan Construction Factory. A civil dispute lasted until January 2001, in the end, the Provincial High Court heard a fair trial, and the final judgment was that our factory won the case; due to the lawsuit, the reputation of the factory was damaged, the development of the factory was affected, and the production and sales of the factory were blocked. The sales volume of the factory was about 1 million yuan for 5 consecutive years.

In 1997, due to the lawsuit affecting the development of the enterprise, some of the former middle and senior managers left the factory voluntarily, and the pressure was handed over to director Zhang Fang and the remaining employees.

In 1998, according to the requirements of the Dujiangyan Municipal People's Government, the factory was contracted to operate as a joint-stock system.

In 1999, the factory established, perfected and perfected various rules and regulations, which gradually put the factory management on the right track. In the same year, the factory overcame many difficulties such as lawsuits. In March, the factory successfully developed a luffing mechanism for SXJ02 tower crane. In the second half of the year, the factory successfully developed a lifting mechanism for single-model tower crane, which was put into trial use with remarkable results. In the same year, the factory trademark "DG" was approved by the State Trademark Office.

In May 2000, the factory director Zhang Fang went to Ziyi Qiqu Mountain Temple. The temple host took the initiative to explain the divination for Zhang Zong and stated that the factory would win the lawsuit in the coming year. Zhang Zong said that if the lawsuit was won, he would repay the wish at the temple and adopt the ancient cypress in the temple to show his sincerity.

In January 2001, after winning the lawsuit, Zhang zong immediately went to the temple to restore it and adopted an ancient cypress under the name of "du gong" until now. therefore, every year on the 7th of February in the lunar calendar, the employee representatives of the company went to the temple to show that honesty is the foundation of enterprise development. In that year, a plan was put forward to double the three-year output value from 2000 to 8 million yuan.

2002 was a year of rapid development of the factory. The factory realized that the three major mechanisms of tower crane, QTZ20, QTZ25, QTZ315 and QTZ40, were complete, with an output value of 8 million yuan, realizing the goal of doubling twice ahead of schedule.

In 2003, the factory began to invest in the development of vertical mixing main engine and DJJX2000 angle drive reducer. In the same year, it formed a successful sales case, reaching unanimous praise from users. At the same time, the factory has more than 20 kinds of products, which are sold to more than 20 provinces, cities and regions in the country. In the same year, more than 100 million yuan worth of equipment was added to expand production capacity, transformers were expanded, original factory lines were replaced, and factory buildings were rented and factory buildings were rented and expanded, covering an area of nearly 6000 square meters; in addition, the factory realized full-staff insurance and increased accidental personal insurance for high-altitude workers. The insurance premium paid for the whole year was more than 150000 yuan. Sales also reached more than 12 million yuan, and won the honorable title of Dujiangyan Advanced Tax Payment Unit. In the same year, Zhang was elected as a member of the Dujiangyan Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

In 2004, the factory developed a DJJX1500 of similar products of the mixing machine. DJJX3000, the products were sold all over the country, and the annual sales of the company's products reached more than 15 million yuan.

In 2005, Chairman Wang and his party, the leader of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, visited the factory and fully affirmed the development of the factory: the factory had a small output value, a small number of people and a large number of laid-off workers. They recruited a large number of laid-off workers to solve the problems for the government and expressed their strong support for the development of the factory. In the same year, the factory also launched a ISO9000 quality management system, and obtain the certificate, make the factory products to a higher level; The sales volume of the factory also got 20 million yuan that year.

In 2006, the factory began to carry out geological exploration and design of Tianma land, went through relevant planning procedures, and made preparations for infrastructure construction. in may, the factory registered Sichuan du gong machinery co., ltd with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Sales of the factory also reached 30 million yuan that year.

In 2007, Tianma's new site was ready to start construction. The municipal government informed that the new factory construction plan was stranded due to the requisition of Tianma land by the Qingline highway! At the same time, a government compensation plan was set. Sales for that year reached 40 million yuan.

In 2008, under the coordination of the leaders of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the company acquired 25 mu of land in Tongyi Village of the Economic Development Zone to build a new factory. However, it backfired. The Wenchuan earthquake in 5.12 brought disaster to the people of Sichuan. The Fengdu Temple factory suffered serious losses. The company's 25 mu of land acquisition was occupied as a resettlement site for villagers, contact with the Economic Development Zone Management Committee to implement the company's new plant area, and passed the approval of the planning, geological exploration, design, environmental protection, urban construction, fire protection and other relevant departments located in the 30 acres of land in Jinteng Village, and went through the relevant procedures for the start of construction. In the same year, sales reached a new level, with sales revenue approaching 50 million yuan.

In 2009, the company's new site in Jinteng Village officially started construction, with a factory building of about 8000 square meters and office buildings and ancillary facilities of 2400 square meters. At the same time, the company's sales exceeded the 50 million yuan mark.

In March 2010, the company completed the 8000 square meter factory building and began the partial relocation of Fengdu Temple to the new factory. The whole process did not affect the production. It took 2 months. In the same year, the company added more than 1000 million yuan worth of equipment and put it into production. In September, the office building and scientific research building were completed and put into decoration. They were put into use at the end of the year. In 2010, the company's sales revenue also successfully exceeded 60 million yuan.

In March 2011, the company's relocation was successfully completed, and the sales volume was close to 70 million yuan.

In 2012, the company paid close attention to management and product quality, supplemented outstanding talents, improved management level, increased training, and increased investment in technology research and development software, so that the company's products became more and more famous and covered. The cooperation with domestic construction machinery giants "Xugong", "Zhonglian" and "Sany" has brought the company's development to a new level, with sales of nearly 80 million yuan that year.

In 2013, the company's products were mass produced and sold in batches. The annual sales exceeded 100 million yuan and the tax payment was more than 3 million yuan. In March and August, the company obtained the land use certificate and the real estate certificate respectively. At the same time, more than 600 million yuan of newly purchased equipment was added, advanced management software was introduced, and the preliminary preparation for 5S management and the implementation of safety standardization construction were started!

2014 is a brand-new year, and the company has issued an annual target sales volume of 0.2 billion yuan. In order to complete the target company to rent 4000 square meters of factory buildings nearby, so that the company's production area reached nearly 15000 square meters, to ensure that the 0.2 billion output value target needs. In March and April, the company's sales exceeded 13 million yuan, and the company has 280 employees.

Outlook · Future

The company plans to achieve sales of more than 0.5 billion yuan in 3-5 years and pay taxes of more than 10 million yuan, which will solve the worries of the majority of employees and let the enterprise enter a stage of steady development! The company has submitted an application for land acquisition of more than 50 mu for the expansion project to the Economic Development Zone Management Committee. Under the coordination of the leadership of the National people's Congress and with the support of the Management Committee, the municipal government has agreed to the request for land acquisition, and the matter is currently being actively handled.

After the successful land acquisition, the company plans to build 25000 square meters of new factory buildings, 2000 square meters of office and auxiliary facilities, 30 million yuan of infrastructure investment (including land acquisition), more than 20 million yuan of new equipment, and a total investment of about 50 million yuan. At present, the company has several new product projects under research and development, which will form an output value capacity of 0.5 billion yuan, with more than 600 employees.
