Supplementary Provisions for Vehicle Management

In order to strengthen the management of the company's cars and achieve the purpose of controlling costs, saving expenses and increasing benefits, the factory department has decided to make the following provisions on the use and management of the company's cars:

1. In principle, vehicles shall be managed by special personnel. If other personnel need to use them, they shall only use them with the consent of the vehicle keeper. For those who drive without permission, the parties concerned and the vehicle keeper shall each be fined 100 yuan.

2. The vehicle custodian shall carry out daily maintenance of the car under management to ensure that it is in good condition during use.

3. The driver of the vehicle shall abide by the traffic laws and regulations. Where a fine is imposed for violation of regulations, the amount of the fine shall be borne by the driver privately.

4. The driver should be careful when driving the vehicle. The company will give the driver 3% ~ 10% of the loss for any traffic accident such as collision, wiping and hanging due to the driver's personal reasons.
